Photography Project (Day In The Life...)

Take a series of pictures best outlining a typical day in your life. You need to have a minimum of three pictures (no maximum). You will then paste/affix the photos into an arrangement or create a power point presentation. The work will be displayed.
You must take the pictures with a camera. The pictures must be a new photos recycled ones from a previous project/last summer/or childhood!
A minimum of one of the photos must be taken using the Rule of Thirds.
Begin by listing what happens to you in a typical day. What do you experience to you see, smell, taste, hear, touch? Pick a day to just walk around with you and take pictures of everything (within reason!).
For Example:
• Wake up at 6 AM (picture of your alarm clock, or unmade bed, or dark room, etc).
•Help little sister get breakfast (picture of cereal box, or sister sitting at table)
•Pass by neighborhood coffee shop on way to bus stop (picture of bus)
Take a picture of everything. You can always edit/delete later what you don’t change your mind about.
Remember what’s typical for you, and will be interesting from someone else’s perspective.
Plan at least 10 objects to photograph for your Day in the Life project on paper. At least one picture has to be in Rule of Thirds – they can all be, but at least one.
Rule of Thirds Research (not required)
• Collect examples/articles about the rule of thirds in a folder on your computer.
• Be sure to select/copy/paste onto a Word document and not simply save the shortcut.
This is what you have to do –
Take a minimum of three pictures.
One must be in Rule of Thirds.
Send them to yourself in an email.
Work on them in Powerpoint.
