-Plan your work/notes, use boxes and bullets, organize your facts, ideas, quotes.
-Write a great intro. Write the 1st draft.
-Revise, using the checklist
-Publish






Checklist:

1. Introduce the topic (include the big ideas/historical theme)
2. Organize your writing into categories to make connections.
3. Use well chosen relevant facts, define & quote.
4. Use information from more than 2 sources
5. Quotes & Paraphrase avoiding plagiarism.
6. Use primary as well as secondary sources.
